Plant Some Seeds- An Update…

Here are some pics of the progress of our planted seeds. We planted Sunflowers, Zinnia, Calendula, Cosmos, Shasta Daisies, and Purple Coneflower. The original post was April 2nd- we planted the seeds a few days before- so about March 30th. That means the seeds have been growing for about 3 weeks.

As you can see, we planted them in pots. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands or a machine to till and turn over the soil so you can eliminate all weeds- it can be hard to plant seeds in the yard. Preparing a bed takes time and weeds are more likely to spread into your bed than into a pot.
