Saturday’s Song is a Blog Hop where bloggers who love Christian music share the music that God uses to speak to them! So, turn on your radio, Pandora, Jango, or pop in your favorite CD, and get your post ready for next week’s Link Up!!

This goal of this Blog Hop

is to broaden your view of

Christian music using a different

theme/challenge each week.

If you are a blogger who loves Christian music, join us in connecting with other bloggers and sharing our love of Christian music with the blogosphere! Enjoy!!

This week’s theme/challenge:

With two young children at home, I spend most of my time watching VeggieTales with the occasional musical tucked in (Singing in the Rain is a current favorite).

My daughter loves Sweetpea Beauty.  The verse they use with this princess story is 1 Samuel 16:7 For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”

Our culture inundates young women with lies about what beauty is and how you obtain it.  And I pray that my daughter, from a young age, will value herself as a child of God- and that her unique inner beauty granted to her by God will hold strong against the battering lies of this world.

Enjoy You’re Beautiful by Nicole Nordeman.

Next week’s theme/challenge:
